In May of 2022, I made a career change to work for Wolfe Studio in Jackson, MS. I still have a lot to learn, but I love working with a creative and supportive team to create objects that hold meaning and inspire stories.
I received a BFA from Delta State University (2006) and an MFA from The University of Mississippi (2010). During my college career, I worked as an Artist in Residence for Burns Pottery (2004) in Natchez, MS and completed two summer internships with sculptor Beth Cavener (2008 & 2009). I exhibit my work at Attic Gallery and Oxford Treehouse Gallery, and I have been published in 500 Figures in Clay Vol.2 by Lark Crafts. When I am not at work, I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, hand sewing and making pots and other creative projects. |
